* To prepare complete bid document (both technical & commercial) and scope of supply matrix.
* Raising RFQs for tenders & co-ordination with local and imported suppliers for auxiliaries required for projects.
* Preparation of layouts, process and instrumentation diagram (P&ID), BOQ\'s and technical submittals.
* Sourcing, planning and procurement of imported & local items and coordination with commercial department.
* Designing, procurement, installation & commissioning supervision of Cummins generators,engines &
control systems.
* Application engineering of genset/engine auxiliary systems i.e fuel system, cooling system, exhaust system, mounting system etc.
* Conducting installation quality audits and inspections of installations done by customers.
* To provide technical support to customer, consultants, sales & service department.
* To participate in customer meetings to solve technical queries.
* Sizing and costing of diesel generators and engines on Cummins online specification (COLs) , Powerzone and Powersuite.
* Performing calculations such as exhaust back pressure, fuel inlet and return restrictions of piping systems, ventilation requirements etc.

* Project monthly and weekly progress reports preparation.
* Preparing quality inspection plan (QIP) & procedure qualification records (PQR).
* Conducting hydro test of boiler, pressure vessel and heat exchanger & running inspections of blowers, motors and pumps.
* Cordinating third party NDT inspections such as DPT and RT.
